- 25% deposit by VISA, Mastercard is required to confirm a reservation;
- remaining balance is due one month prior to check in date;
- a $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations;
- 25% of the rental amount is forfeited if cancelled within the last 30 days to check-in unless we are able to re-book;
- as per provincial legislation, no smoking is permitted inside the house;
- we regret we cannot accommodate pets;
- children are welcome;
- We request that shoes not be worn inside the property. Slippers are provided for your convenience;
- Group or company packages can be arranged to include dinner reservations, a catered meal, bike rentals, wine tour or attractions. Theatre tickets can also be purchased on your behalf providing they are available for your requested date;
- check-in time is 4pm or later (earlier time may be arranged whenever possible);
- check-out time is 11am.
